Cookery courses
For those who love experimenting in the kitchen and wish to learn more about the tricks of the trade of a great chef, or anyone interested in acquiring the basics of cooking seen through the eyes of one of the great masters, Alain Ducasse cooking courses held by the chefs at Trattoria Toscana are a must. The courses, which are reserved for guests at L’Andana and Casa Badiola Golf House, take place in the Villa kitchen at L’Andana from 11.30am to 1pm, Tuesday to Saturday, and are followed by lunch during which dishes made from the course recipes are served.
The courses include:
• preparation of a starter plus a pasta dish or dessert, depending on the fresh produce selected by the chef that day
• two glasses of wines selected to accompany the menu
• presentation of a certificate and a chef’s apron at the end of the course
• signed book of recipes
Courses are held for 2 to 8 participants and advance booking is required.
The charge per person is €170.
